this is my Harry Potter wall art and props
all from MinaLima, so let’s go…
So first I’ll start off with Harry Potter
prints that I own because
they’re the most expensive and also I don’t have that many
and then in the moment I’ll go through all the Harry Potter props that I have
and these again are all from MinaLima
so the Harry Potter prints from MinaLima comes in two finishes
there’s a standard finish and then there’s a premium finish – the premium finish comes with foiling
and is usually more expensive and also there’s more of a limited quantity of those available
so to begin this is Professor Slughorn’s
Potion Labels print
and this as you can see, is in the standard finish
I was purchased this as a gift, obviously it’s quite an expensive gift
but it was my first print from MinaLima, so I was very happy with that indeed
I loved the detail and the intricacy of these potion labels
and I thought they were so magical so I was very pleased to own this
the next bit of Harry Potter wall art that I own is the Hufflepuff house crest print
again this is in standard finish, but it is a very beautiful print indeed
the colours and the Hufflepuff-ness of this, is really beautiful
this Hufflepuff house crest print used to be in a lot of my videos, it used to sit behind me over there
and it was featured in a lot of my videos, but now it’s recently replaced by this one which is The Burrow print
so this is The Burrow print
and The Burrow print is now apparently only available in the standard finish
this is my very first premium finish that I purchased
so next let’s go on to the Harry Potter props that I own, now these are still
from MinaLima but they do a lot of prop replicas and also Harry Potter stationery
and posters and just general items that are inspired by the wizarding world
and feature the artwork that they created on them, so let’s go through those now
so first up are these wand permits
these are so beautifully coloured and we first see them in Fantastic Beasts and where to find them
of course this is Tina Goldstein’s job she is supposed to be issuing the wand permits and
you know like Newt lied that he had done one but he hadn’t
next from their prop replicas is gift-wrap, the reason I went for this gift wrap
is because this actually features in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
where the Weasley’s celebrate Christmas at Grimmauld Place
this is actually the wrapping and is featured on the ‘big box for Ron’
where Molly Weasley gives him that vest and I did actually replicate my own big box run at Christmas
because my mum made a very similar vest of that but that’s why I got that because it’s amazing
and it’s a prop replica and it was Christmas gift wrap
that’s magically Wizarding World, why would I not get it?..

and I love that there’s so much like MACSUA items that you can purchase
like if I was an American witch or wizard I’d be living my best life purchasing all this
because I could be like, you know I work for the Ministry, this is all my stationery that I use
here’s your wand permit…oh my goodness, I’d be using it all the time
there’s not that much Ministry of Magic stuff like that
hopefully now there’ll be more with you know the Fantastic Beasts series
coming out now, maybe we’ll see maybe more more
Ministry of Magic stuff coming out, because I love ministry magic stuff…
another prop replica that I got was the
Obscurus Books writing set
and this folder is the one that Newt actually uses when he’s collecting his notes
for when he’s writing
Fantastic Beasts and where to find them
and inside comes with his lovely writing paper and these Obscurus envelopes as well
another prop replica that I got was the
MACUSA writing set
and it comes with this beautiful gold foiling on the front
and rather unusual writing paper inside and envelopes, which actually they double up is the same thing
like it’s just me or do you love things that make you feel like you’re in the wizarding world?
that’s why I like these writing sets…they just transport you and
it just makes you feel…of course it’s fantasy but you know
I like living in the fantasy and not being pulled out of the fantasy by real-world events…so yeah…
and then finally of the writing sets, I got this Hogwarts Acceptance Letter Writing Set
which is beautiful, it comes with 10 sheets of writing paper and 10 envelopes and 10 stickers
if you’re looking for more props I’d really recommend going for The Case of
Beasts
where you explore the film wizardry of Fantastic Beasts and where to find them
as well as The Archive of Magic, where you explore the film wizardry of
Fantastic Beasts, the Crimes of Grindelwald
these two books are packed with prop replicas, you can see close-ups
behind the scenes of loads
of things that went into making these films
I love the Fantastic Beasts films
I know some people have different opinions on them,
but I absolutely love them
and the detail that goes into them, is just immense and you can see so much more from these two books
that are designed by MinaLima, so they’re stuffed full of props and designs and
images and everything so I could not recommend them enough, they are fabulous
one of the more recent additions to my collection is Romilda Vane’s Valentine’s Day foiled notecard
now this is the front, actually features in the film and it has these little heart cutouts that fold over them
but this is just so perfect, which I absolutely love, so of course I had to get this
I’ve been collecting these for quite some time and I went a little crazy purchasing these postcards
from MinaLima,
because they feature a lot of beautiful artwork
that is featured in the Harry Potter films and the Fantastic Beasts films
if you can’t afford the Harry Potter wall art
then another good alternative is purchasing these postcards
and then you can actually you know create your own combination of wall art
in a frame and then display it that way
then when you’re a little bit older or you’ve saved a little bit more
and you wish to then get some Harry Potter wall art
then of course you can go with whatever is still available
just be advised that a lot of the wall art
that MinaLima provides
is actually a limited print, so once they run out, they actually don’t make anymore, that’s the end of that run
